Picked up the Charmander for my desk at work and it's the perfect size, about as tall as my coffee mug. The plush material is surprisingly soft for the price, and the stitching on the tail held up fine after my cat batted it around.
I got the Bulbasaur one and the plush is genuinely soft, not that stiff synthetic feel some cheap toys have. My niece has been carrying it around all week and it's held up fine so far.
The 20cm size is perfect for sitting on my desk next to the monitor, and the plush is way softer than I expected for the price. Pikachu's face is actually stitched well, not that lopsided look you sometimes get.
