Considering the Naruto Shippuden 6-variant figure set? This guide breaks down what you get, who it's for, and the trade-offs to help you decide.
Quick Answer
If you want a complete Naruto Shippuden core team display without hunting individual figures, this 6-variant PVC set delivers iconic characters on matching black bases—ideal for themed shelves.
Why a Six-Figure Set Makes Sense
Buying a set instead of individual figures simplifies your collection. You get six main characters from Naruto Shippuden in one purchase, ensuring a cohesive look. Each figure stands on a black display base, which creates a uniform presentation across your shelf—something that's harder to achieve when mixing figures from different lines.
For collectors who focus on the core Team 7 and key mentors, this set covers the essential roster: Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, plus Itachi and Minato. That means you can display the rivalry, the mentorship, and the legacy in one glance.
Trade-Offs to Consider
The main trade-off is flexibility. A set locks you into six specific characters. If you already own some of these figures, you'll get duplicates. Also, the set format doesn't allow you to swap in other favorites like Gaara or Jiraiya.
Another consideration is the price. At USD 91.49 (compared to USD 149.99), the set offers savings per figure, but it's still a significant upfront cost. Make sure the characters align with your collection goals before committing.
Decision Rules for This Set
- Character coverage: Buy if you want all six characters together. If you already own two or more of these figures, skip it to avoid duplicates. Check your current collection for overlap before ordering.
- Display consistency: Buy if you value uniform black bases and a cohesive shelf. If you prefer varied poses or dynamic bases, this set may feel too uniform.
- Budget and value: Buy if you want a full set at a per-figure discount. If you only need one or two characters, buying individually may be more cost-effective. Calculate the per-figure cost against your actual needs.
