The little crystal ball is only 50mm across but the 3D figure inside looks way deeper than that, like it's floating in there. The multicolour gradient on the base cycles slowly enough that it's actually calming on my desk at night instead of distracting.
The laser engraving is ridiculously crisp — you can actually make out the individual details on the model inside, not just a blurry blob like some cheaper ones I've seen. The multicolour gradient on the base cycles smoothly too, and it's survived two weeks on my desk without me getting bored of it.
Plugged it in on my nightstand and the color gradient cycling is honestly hypnotic. The laser engraving is way sharper than I expected, you can actually make out the details on the figure inside.
